I just sliced my finger open while trying to cut meat. 

How embarassing. Fortunately, Patrick at the office and he has first aid training, even though our first aid kit isn't up to his standards.

Note to self: don't make fun of other people when they do this, as sooner or later, it apparently happens to all of us.
